I’ve been a personal trainer for over a decade and have worked with all types of clients from those with injuries to building strength. I have a degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science at Cal State. I build tailored program layouts for all types of clients. I specialize in weight loss, muscle building, rehabilitation, athletes, cardio, and functional training.
