About the Founder
Meet Will
Growing up, sports taught me consistency and discipline makes all the difference.
That passion led me to earn a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from Cal State Monterey Bay. Early in my career, I worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for Skyline College’s soccer program, where I learned how thoughtful programming, proper movement, and progressive training help athletes perform at their best.
From there, I transitioned into the role of Fitness Director for gyms, where I coached clients from all walks of life—from beginners taking their first steps toward better health to experienced lifters chasing new performance goals.
My job is to provide guidance, accountability, and evidence-based coaching to help you get you to your goals.
I don’t just tell you what to do, I help you understand why you’re doing it. When you understand the purpose behind your training, you’re more confident, more consistent, and better equipped to make healthy decisions long after our sessions are over.
My Coaching Philosophy
Everyone is Different
No two people have the same goals, movement patterns, training history, or lifestyle. Your program should reflect that.
Trust the Science
I use movement assessments, DEXA body composition data, and proven training principles to make informed decisions—not fitness trends.
Long-term Health
Looking better is a great goal, but lasting results come from building strength, improving movement, and creating habits you can sustain for years.
What Science-Based Coaching Means
Science-based coaching isn’t about making fitness more complicated. Every recommendation has a purpose, every exercise has a reason, and every program evolves as you do.
I coach using proven training principles that help you build strength safely, make measurable progress, and create habits that last.
